After years of outsourcing HR through alternative platforms like PeopleHR and others HRIS’, we noticed a consistent pattern: poor support, over-complicated systems, and a clear disconnect between what businesses needed and what they received. Many of our clients — over 100 companies — shared the same frustrations. They couldn’t get hold of support, messages went unanswered, and the platform was confusing to use, especially when switching between desktop and mobile. One client even said you’d need a science degree just to log holiday.

With the support of Innovate UK and through a Knowledge Transfer Partnership with Wrexham University, we set out to build a better solution. We went back to basics — asking our clients what they actually wanted from a HR and Health & Safety system. Simplicity. Speed. Visibility. Compliance.
